Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey conducted on May 24, 2022, Hospice Care By Pennswood Village, has corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure and medicare recertification survey completed on March 31, 2022.
